At the UzAuto Motors JSC plant in Asaka, thousands of employees are now coming to work dressed in traditional Uzbek clothing — including wearing doppis (Uzbek skullcaps). This initiative was warmly welcomed by the staff and is gaining more popularity with each passing day.
